{"id":10122,"date":"2025-12-31T19:20:36","date_gmt":"2026-01-01T00:20:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/littlefrogsdownwarddogs.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=10122"},"modified":"2026-09-09T19:16:44","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T23:16:44","slug":"rtra","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/littlefrogsdownwarddogs.com\/index.php\/product\/rtra\/","title":{"rendered":"Root to Rise Academy Registration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Root to Rise Academy is back in session!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">See <a href=\"https:\/\/littlefrogsdownwarddogs.com\/index.php\/calendar\/\">calendar<\/a> for class details, choose the session you&#8217;d like to attend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Regular Prices:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First Child: $8, $5 for each add&#8217;l sibling (3+), ages (0-2 free)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to Root to Rise Academy!\u00a0 Geared to ages 5-12, each monthly session will incorporate integrative functional movement [and breathing] in the form of cooperative games (they won&#8217;t even know they&#8217;re doing yoga!), educational content centered around a natural element theme (this month is Space), a hike to help wear them out and work up an appetite for lunch (that you packed, thank you) and a take home worksheet\/plan to help you continue the lesson later.<\/p>\n<p>This class will keep your kids moving.\u00a0 They will learn to engage their inner cores, work on balance, cooperation, confidence,\u00a0 even a little public speaking (well- speaking up within the group).\u00a0 We&#8217;ll throw in some (secret) polyvagal reset tools and breathing exercises while also nerding out over science-y stuff.\u00a0 And we&#8217;ll do it all in the great outdoors!<\/p>\n<p>Each class is set up as a series of stations along a loop hiking trail.\u00a0 At each stop we will either use our brains or our bodies to explore our topic.\u00a0 Functional movement &#8220;challenges&#8221; are intentionally selected to get kids to engage their muscles, activate their core and develop effective body mechanics.\u00a0 All paired with STEM learning centered around a nature based theme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Check out the calendar for future dates and other Little Frogs events.\u00a0 Family days, mom-only retreats and more&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/events.timely.fun\/ssauycvs\/agenda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/events.timely.fun\/ssauycvs\/agenda<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Appropriate footwear and weather awareness required.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Contact me with any questions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Root to Rise Academy is back in session!!
