Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, unworn, free from pet hair and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been washed and/or smell of fragrance or smoke are not returnable.

In the event you are unable to attend a class that you have registered and paid for, please notify us as soon as possible via email ( or text (216.645.3312). If notice is received, you will be granted a credit to use for a future class date within 60 days from the original class.


For defective and damaged products contact us via email or phone to arrange a refund or exchange.


Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
